Районната прокуратура в Пловдив образува досъдебно производство срещу четири лица, които са предоставяли заведение за организиране на „секс на живо“.
Те са обвинени в това, че „в съучастие са предоставяли системно помещение на различни лица за полови сношения и блудствени действия“.
„Сексът на живо“ или парти „ХХL“ се е предлагало през последните четири месеца като част от вечерната програма на заведението "Енджой 69" в район "Централен".
Всеки четвъртък в заведението е била обявявана програма, при която танцьорка излизала под звуците на музика, избирала произволен мъж от публиката и го разсъбличала.
Когато и двамата вече били голи, танцьорката започвала да симулира орална любов, а и показно поставяла на мъжа презерватив.
В някои от случаите двамата просто симулирали полов акт, но в други сексът бил съвсем реален.
Според прокуратурата за посоченото престъпление, законът предвижда наказание "лишаване от свобода" до пет години и глоба от 1000 до 5000 лева.
